Powerhouse Cheer Academy Competition: Team Divisions & Sign-Up

Welcome to the Powerhouse Cheer Academy Competition! We're excited to offer a variety of divisions to showcase the incredible talent and hard work of every athlete. Please read through the division descriptions carefully to ensure you sign up for the correct category.

Varsity Dance Division

This division is for high school varsity dance teams. Routines will be judged on precision, technique, synchronization, and showmanship. Teams in this division can compete in multiple dance styles.

Styles: Pom, Hip-Hop, Jazz, and Lyrical.

Requirements: Dancers must be enrolled in high school (9th-12th grade).

Judging Focus: Clean execution of turns, leaps, and tumbling, along with creative choreography and strong performance energy.

Majorette Division

This category celebrates the high-energy and intricate style of majorette dance. Teams will be judged on creativity, synchronization, difficulty of tricks, and overall showmanship.

Styles: Field Show, Stand Battle, and Captain's Battle.

Requirements: Open to middle school and high school teams.

Judging Focus: Sharp, powerful movements, intricate footwork, and a confident, commanding stage presence.Small Call to Action Headline

All-Star Division

The All-Star division is for highly competitive, performance-focused teams from private gyms. Routines should be complex and demonstrate a high degree of difficulty, precision, and synchronization in both stunting and tumbling.

Styles: All-Star Cheer, All-Star Dance.

Requirements: Teams must adhere to all USASF rules and guidelines for their respective levels.

Judging Focus: Elite-level stunting, high-level tumbling passes, and innovative choreography.

Division Sign-Up

Registration Fee: The cost to compete is $20 per girl, per team.

Deadline: All team rosters and registration fees must be submitted by [Insert Date].
